Our facility is a new construction property located in Sheridan, Indiana, at the end of West 7th Street. The property is near West 7th Street and South Hamilton Avenue. A tall fence surrounds the property. You will have 24-hour access to your unit with personal keypad gate-entry codes.  Each tenant has their own lock and is the only one who has access to the unit.

Ameristor Self Storage in Sheridan offers clean, well-lit drive-up units ranging in size from 5x10 to 10x30. We also offer several parking options for the client needing to park their RV, boat, automobile, trailer or other item. Our facility provides a clean, patrolled home for the owner who needs outside parking with 12x40 parking spaces.

 

Our facility has strong security, with gated keypad entry, security cameras, security lighting and fencing around the whole facility.  The facility is patrolled by company staff.  High quality disc locks are sold on-site for $8 for your security.

 

Our Rental/Payment kiosk is available 24 hours/7 days a week.
